Regulatory frameworks we work under
- TSCA (United States) — We only distribute substances that are listed on the TSCA inventory or are otherwise exempt. We support compliance with Significant New Use Rules, Section 8 reporting, and Chemical Data Reporting where applicable.
- REACH (European customers) — For customers in the EEA and UK, we coordinate with our producers to ensure substances are properly registered and that SDS information is available in the correct language.
- DSL / NDSL (Canada) — Products supplied into Canada are verified against the Domestic and Non-Domestic Substances Lists, with New Substances Notifications facilitated when needed.
- COFEPRIS / SEMARNAT (Mexico) — Products entering Mexico carry the documentation required under the General Law of Ecological Balance and applicable sector-specific regulations.
- OSHA Hazard Communication (GHS) — All products are accompanied by current, GHS-aligned safety data sheets in the language of the receiving country.
Transportation and hazardous materials
Every tanker, drum, tote, and parcel we dispatch is moved by carriers trained and certified for the commodities they carry.
- DOT (United States) — HAZMAT carriers with current 49 CFR compliance, including proper placarding, packaging, and emergency response information.
- TDG (Canada) — Transport of Dangerous Goods-compliant carriers with certified drivers and documentation.
- SCT / NOM-002 (Mexico) — Cross-border movements executed with carriers that meet Mexico’s transportation-of-dangerous-goods requirements.
- IMDG / IATA — Ocean and air freight coordinated with freight forwarders certified for hazardous dangerous-goods shipments when applicable.
Product stewardship
- We source from vetted manufacturers with documented quality-management systems — ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or equivalent — whenever available.
- We maintain full lot traceability from the producer to the customer receiving dock.
- SDS, certificates of analysis, halal / kosher certifications (where applicable), and technical specifications are made available upon request.
- We actively expand our low-VOC and bio-based product portfolios to support customers pursuing reformulation and sustainability goals.

Export controls and sanctions
We screen customers and transactions against applicable sanctions and export-control lists maintained by the U.S. Department of the Treasury (OFAC), the U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), Global Affairs Canada, and SRE Mexico. We will not ship to parties or end-uses that would violate these programs.
